Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
Stronger Trades ("StrongerTrades," "we," "us," or "our") operates StrongerTrades.com, signals.strongertrades.com, study.strongertrades.com, and journal.strongertrades.com (collectively, "the Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Stronger Trades is operated from the State of Colorado, United States.
The Short Version
We collect only what we need to run your account and provide the service. We have never sold your personal information. We have never shared it for advertising. We do not run advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. We do not use third-party email marketing platforms — our email system is self-hosted, and your contact information does not leave our organization.
The full detail is below.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you create an account or purchase a membership, we collect your name or display name, your email address, and the account credentials you choose. If you contact us through our feedback form, we collect whatever information you include in that message.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, process, or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. That information goes directly to Stripe and is handled under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive only a transaction record: the amount, the date, the membership purchased, and a payment confirmation identifier.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Platform, our servers record standard technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is ordinary web server activity and is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding site performance.
Usage information. For members, we record activity necessary to operate your account — sign-in events, which features you access, and, for Pay-As-You-Go members, the trading days you use and your remaining balance.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, operate, and secure your account
- Provide the signals, analytics, reports, and content included in your membership
- Process your payments and maintain financial records
- Send you service communications — account notices, billing confirmations, password resets, and material changes to the Platform or these terms
- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Use
- Understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it
- Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
What We Do Not Do
We want to be explicit about this, because it is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly:
- We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
- We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we never have.
- We do not run advertising pixels, conversion trackers, or retargeting tags. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tag, and no equivalent technology on any of our sites.
- We do not use third-party email marketing platforms. Our email system is self-hosted on our own infrastructure at ONDABOX. Your email address is not uploaded to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any comparable service.
- We do not rent, trade, or provide your information to data brokers, marketers, or list vendors.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out is required, and none is offered — there is nothing to opt out of.
Service Providers
We use a small number of third parties strictly to operate the Platform. They may process your information only as necessary to provide their service to us.
Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, subscription billing, and card data handling. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Their handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Google Analytics — aggregate traffic and usage measurement. Google Analytics uses cookies to record how visitors move through the site. It gives us reporting on visits, pages, and general traffic patterns; it is not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not link it to any advertising product. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
ONDABOX — web hosting and infrastructure. ONDABOX stores the Platform's data, operates our self-hosted email system, and maintains standard server logs on our behalf. ONDABOX is an affiliated company under common ownership with Stronger Trades; your information is not transferred to an unrelated third party by being hosted there.
That is the complete list. We do not use any other third-party processor that receives your personal information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies for two purposes only:
Essential cookies keep you signed in, maintain your session, remember your preferences, and secure the checkout process. The Platform will not function correctly without them.
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics as described above.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies for marketing purposes.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or maintaining a session.
Do Not Track. Browsers vary in how they transmit Do Not Track signals and there is no accepted standard for responding to them. Because we do not track users across third-party sites for advertising in the first place, our practices do not change based on this signal.
Email Communications
We send two kinds of email:
Service email — billing confirmations, renewal notices, password resets, account and security notices, and material changes to the Platform or our terms. These are part of your membership and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
Optional email — market commentary, journal updates, product news. Every one of these includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your membership or your access.
Our email system is operated on our own infrastructure. Your email address is not transferred to an outside email marketing provider.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and afterward as described here.
Paused accounts. If you pause your membership, your account and its data are preserved in full so that you can resume later with everything intact.
Disabled accounts. When an account is disabled, access ends and the account is closed. We retain the account record, including the associated email address, on a permanent basis. We do this for two reasons:
- Financial and accounting records. We must be able to associate past payments with the account that made them in order to maintain accurate books and satisfy tax, audit, and payment-dispute obligations.
- Preventing reuse. Retaining the email address ensures that a disabled account cannot be re-registered or reactivated by someone else.
A disabled account carries no privileges and no access, and the retained email address is not used in any communication — no service email, no marketing, nothing. The record exists in our accounting system and nowhere else operationally.
Server logs are retained on a rolling basis for security and troubleshooting and are overwritten in the normal course.
Security
We protect the Platform with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across all pages, access controls limiting member data to personnel who require it, and a payment architecture in which card data never touches our servers.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
Your Privacy Rights
We extend the following rights to all members and visitors, regardless of where you live:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Access a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information, subject to the accounting-records exception described under Data Retention
- Opt out of optional email at any time
- Non-discrimination — we will never deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lesser experience because you exercised a privacy right
Limits on deletion. We cannot delete transaction records associated with completed payments. Financial records are retained to meet tax, accounting, and payment-dispute obligations. Outside of those records, we will honor a deletion request.
How to exercise these rights. Submit a request through the feedback form on our Platform. We will verify your identity through the email address associated with your account before acting.
We typically respond to feedback submissions within 24 hours. Requests that require us to compile, export, or delete records are completed as quickly as we reasonably can, and in every case within 45 days.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and Colorado residents under the Colorado Privacy Act. The rights listed above are extended to everyone, so no separate process is required.
Visitors from the European Union and United Kingdom
Stronger Trades is a United States business. We do not market to, target, or direct our services toward the European Union or the United Kingdom, and we do not maintain operations there. We do occasionally receive members who reside in those regions.
If you are located in the EU or UK, the rights described above — access, correction, deletion, and portability — are available to you through the same feedback form. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you (operating your membership), our legitimate interest in securing and improving the Platform, and compliance with our legal obligations.
Please be aware that using the Platform means your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection law differs from that of the EU and UK.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us through the feedback form and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
